This
is the basic pressure gauge, available in 63, 100, 160 and
250mm dial sizes, with direct, surface or flush panel mountings
and ranges from vacuum to 2500 bar (36,000 psi). Manufactured
in accordance with BS EN 837-1 Class 1 (1). A viscous damped
movement may be fitted to help prevent damage from pulsation
and vibration.

Specially selected components
and materials enable an accuracy of ±0.25% to be
achieved. The bourdon tube is carefully heat treated beryllium
copper. Available in 100, 160, 200 and 250mm dial sizes,
with direct, surface or flush mounting cases. A mirror band
option allows parallax errors to be eliminated. Ranges from
vacuum to 1000 bar (15,000 psi). Stainless steel wetted
parts available up to 250 bar (4000 psi).

Diaphragm
Seals |

Type

Where
necessary the pressure gauge may be separated from aggressive
process media by a diaphragm seal. The seal is made from materials
resistant to the medium and pressure is transferred to the
gauge via a suitable filling liquid.
Many types of seals are available to suit different applications.
The seal may be direct or remote fitting with capillary. Gauge
types 10, 11, 17, 18 and 19 may be fitted with seals.

This
design utilises mechanical linkage between the diaphragm
and movement. The diaphragm and chamber can be made from
or protected with chemical resistant materials. Flanged
connections can be readily fitted, and the gauge can be
liquid filled during manufacture to protect from vibration.
This gauge is especially suitable for low pressure operation
of contacts. Dial sizes 100, 160 or 250mm, 304 St/St case,
direct or surface mounting. Pressure ranges from 25 mbar
vacuum to 30 bar. Accuracy ±1.6.
