Low
Pressure Gauges |

|
Type
15 |
| |
A
capsule is used as the pressure element for pressures below
0.6 bar (10 psi). Various case/mounting options are available.
Ranges from 10 to 600 mbar (2.5 to 150in. water) vacuum or
pressure. Accuracy is ±2.5%
Absolute gauges also available from 25 to 600 mbar absolute
(15 to 500 torr).

High
Pressure Gauges |
|
| |
Type
16 |
The
pressure element is coiled ’Ni-Span C’, suitably
heat treated to achieve ± 1% with ranges up to 5000
bar (75,000 psi). The gauge normally has a high pressure female
cone fitting to suit the equipment. Available in 100 and 160
mm dial sizes, in direct, surface and flush mountings. Cases
are safety pattern.

Differential
Gauges |
|
Type
19 |
| |
Used where a
pressure drop across a piece of equipment, eg. a filter,
needs to be measured more accurately than the line pressure.
Available in 100 and 160mm dial sizes, with direct, surface
or flush mountings. Pressure ranges from 10 mbar to 1000
bar standard or stainless steel wetted parts. The gauge
may also be manufactured glycerine filled. Full details
of application must be given when ordering.

Small
Dial Gauges |
|
| |
Type
20 |
Used
principally in the pneumatics industry, these inexpensive
gauges are manufactured with an accuracy of ± 2.5%
with direct or flush mountings. Dial sizes are 40, 50 and
63mm. Ranges are from vacuum to 70bar (1000psi) with most
ranges being kept in stock.

Contact
& Auxiliary Pointers |
|
|
|
| |
Gauge
types 10, 11, 13, 14 and 16 may be fitted with auxiliary
pointers and electrical or pneumatic contacts during manufacture.
The auxiliary pointer may be a simple set hand, externally
adjustable to indicate a set pressure, a maximum or minimum
pointer carried by the indicating pointer to the highest
or lowest pressure, or a combination of maximum and minimum
pointers.
Contacts can be simple metal-to-metal, magnetically assisted,
inductive or pneumatic for hazardous areas or a built-in
single or double micro-switch for increased switching capacity
and resistance to vibration. In certain types the case may
also be liquid filled to improve resistance to vibration
and pulsation.

All
our gauges can be glycerine filled for use where vibration and pulsation
may cause damage. |
